Digital Products

Given the nature of digital products, all purchases of are final. However, we want to make sure you are 100% happy with your purchase. Please contact us with any issues regarding digital products.

Purchase of Credit

As a subscriber of LocalSuperfan credits are applied to unlock coupons and other e-products on the website. Credits have no cash value and unused credits cannot be redeemed for cash or a credit back to your personal bank account or credit card.

Your purchase of credits is final, however we do want you to be 100% satisfied. If you encounter any issues with your purchase or redemption of credits let us know and we will be happy to follow up with you within 48 hours. Credits can be restored to your account when and if it is necessary, but no cash refund for credits is available.

Subscription Accounts

Some LocalSuperfan subscribers choose to have their accounts automatically refreshed each month with a pre-set number of credits. We refer to this as a LOCAL SUPERFAN subscription account. If this is you, and you decide to cancel or suspend your subscription account, you may due so at any time. There are no cancellation fees. If you decide to resume your LOCAL SUPERFAN subscription you may do so at any time.
